Welcome to Metropolis
The Metropolis Venue and Marketplace brings a modern and well-coordinated infrastructure to an iconic building that was originally built in 1891, by Woodburn founder Jesse Settlemier. Now, 129 years later, historic timber and brick blend with modern steel and concrete to create large projectable surfaces, controlled lighting, superb access, and outstanding electrical infrastructure.

VENUE
The Metropolis Venue, on the second floor of the Metropolis, offers nearly 5000 sq ft of usable space. The venue features a high, architectural timber post and beamed ceiling and large windows overlooking Woodburn Plaza and Front Street.
The venue is nearly 100 feet long by nearly 50 feet wide of wide open space and can easily be transformed to perfectly accommodate your event or activity.​
Marketplace
The main floor features the Marketplace, offering space for local entrepreneurs, restaurateurs, baristas, bartenders, artists, & entertainers.

The Market Place offers a commons area is available for dining, events, meetings, entertainment, and other activities.
​
The Marketplace currently features a Cafe, Diner, Asian & Mexican Food, Beer & Wine,
and a pool table.
