STANDARD VENUE RATES

  • April 1 - September 30: 

    • $1000 - $1500 Monday through Thursday

    • $2000 - Friday

    • $2500 - Saturday

    • $2000 - Sunday
       

  • October 1 - March 31: 

    • $1000 - $1200 Monday through Thursday

    • $1500 - Friday

    • $2000 - Saturday

    • $1500 - Sunday

NOTE:  All above rates are based on up to 200 guests (Holidays Excluded)

There is a $100 fee per every 25 people over 200.

RENTAL DEPOSIT:  $1000

Rental Deposit is non-refundable, however, 100% of deposit is credited towards venue rental.

 

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $1000

Damage Deposit is refundable.  Refunds are via check and usually within 14 days after event.
